Al descargar, instalar o usar Randomify (“la App”), aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App. Conectar Spotify requiere que también hayas revisado y aceptado la Política de privacidad.
Qué es Randomify
Randomify se conecta a tu cuenta de Spotify (con tu permiso), lee tus Liked Songs y crea un orden aleatorio de toda tu biblioteca. Las vistas previas son gratis (con límite de ritmo). Desbloquear una lista requiere una compra consumible. Opcionalmente puedes guardar el orden en una playlist privada llamada “Randomify”.
La App no reproduce ni controla la reproducción de Spotify.
No afiliación con Spotify
Randomify es un producto independiente. Spotify es una marca de Spotify AB. La App no está afiliada, respaldada ni patrocinada por Spotify.
Cuentas y Spotify
Debes tener cuenta de Spotify y conceder los alcances que pedimos. Los términos de Spotify aplican a tu uso de Spotify. Puedes desconectar Spotify en la App en cualquier momento; eso elimina los datos relacionados con Spotify que conservamos (tokens, caché de biblioteca, instantáneas de listas), según la Política de privacidad.
Compras
- Producto: desbloqueo consumible de una lista (id
randomify_random_list_full).
- El precio lo fijan App Store / Google Play y se muestra antes de confirmar.
- El pago lo procesan Apple o Google, no Randomify directamente.
Uso aceptable
No debes abusar de la API ni eludir la verificación de compra; no usar la App para entrenar modelos de IA/ML con Contenido de Spotify; no modificar ni crear obras derivadas basadas en la Plataforma, el Servicio o el Contenido de Spotify (salvo lo que Spotify permita expresamente); no descompilar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni reducir la Plataforma, el Servicio o el Contenido de Spotify a código fuente u otra forma perceptible por humanos, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
Responsabilidad y terceros
Reconoces que Randomify (no Spotify ni ningún otro tercero) es el único responsable de la App. Spotify y otros terceros renuncian a toda responsabilidad por la App. No hacemos garantías ni representaciones en nombre de Spotify.
Exención de garantías (incluido Spotify)
LA APP SE OFRECE “TAL CUAL”. EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, RENUNCIAMOS A TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS.
No hacemos garantías ni representaciones en nombre de Spotify, y renunciamos expresamente a todas las garantías implícitas respecto de la Plataforma Spotify, el Servicio Spotify y el Contenido Spotify, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular y no infracción.
Privacidad
La Política de privacidad describe el tratamiento de datos. La recolección y uso de datos están sujetos a esa política.
Spotify como tercero beneficiario
Spotify es tercero beneficiario de estos Términos y de la Política de privacidad, y puede hacerlos valer directamente frente a ti.

By downloading, installing, or using Randomify (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Connecting Spotify requires that you have also reviewed and agreed to our Privacy Policy.
What Randomify is
Randomify connects to your Spotify account (with your permission), reads your Liked Songs, and creates a random full-library shuffle. Previews are free (rate-limited). Unlocking requires a consumable in-app purchase. Optionally you may save the order to a private playlist named “Randomify.”
The App does not play or control Spotify playback.
Not affiliated with Spotify
Randomify is independent. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify.
Accounts and Spotify
You must have a Spotify account and grant the scopes we request. Spotify’s terms apply to your use of Spotify. You may Disconnect Spotify in the App at any time; that deletes Spotify-related data we hold (tokens, library cache, list snapshots), as described in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
- Product: consumable unlock of one list (id
randomify_random_list_full).
- Price is set by the App Store / Google Play and shown before you confirm.
- Payment is processed by Apple or Google, not by Randomify directly.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API or bypass purchase verification; do not use the App to train AI/ML models on Spotify Content; do not modify or create derivative works based on the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content (except as Spotify expressly allows); do not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content to source code or other human-perceivable form, to the full extent allowed by law.
Responsibility and third parties
You acknowledge that Randomify (not Spotify or any other third party) is solely responsible for the App. Spotify and other third parties disclaim liability for the App. We do not make warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify.
Disclaimer of warranties (including Spotify)
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.
We do not make any warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify, and we expressly disclaim all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Collection and use of data is subject to that policy.
Spotify as third-party beneficiary
Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy and is entitled to directly enforce them against you.
